1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and additional conditions may apply.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included (if applicable)
  • A valid proof of purchase such as an order number must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at contact@varidexa.com and include your order number along with a short explanation of the reason for the return.

Our team will respond with the return address and step-by-step instructions to complete the process.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

4. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Exchanges

Varidexa does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting our support team. Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal care items, undergarments, or products with opened seals.

Any non-returnable items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  2. Contact your credit card provider as processing times may vary

9. Free Returns

Varidexa offers free returns on orders over €30.
For orders under €30, return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
