1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 working days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
  • South Africa: 8–12 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Varidexa offers free shipping and free returns on orders over €30.
For orders below €30, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.
All prices listed on our website include applicable VAT.

3. How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package in real time.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@varidexa.com.
Order modifications are only possible before the order has been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still be returned after delivery.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and additional conditions may apply.

7. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return request, please email us at contact@varidexa.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the reason for the return

Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the issue to contact@varidexa.com, and we will arrange either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not provide direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

10. Are Varidexa products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All Varidexa products include a 30-day quality warranty that covers manufacturing defects or issues present upon delivery.
If you experience any problems, simply contact our support team and we will assist you.

11. Do you ship outside Germany?

Yes, we ship to most EU countries.
If you are located outside the EU, please contact us at contact@varidexa.com to check shipping availability for your location.
